It is the most visible manifestation of how you want to spend your entire life. It entails –

  • What patterns of behavior do you exhibit?
  • Which level of activity do you perform?
  • What kind of interests do you pursue?
  • How does your will help you to lead your life?
  • Who is mentoring you in life?
  • When do you try to make modifications in your life?

3- Incorporating a variety of fluids to maintain the electrolyte balance, levels of enzymes, and maintaining other vital levels of sodium and potassium in the body.

4- Cooking methods also help in increasing the vitamin and mineral content of foods. So different cooking methods would help to increase the bioavailability of nutrients. Lack of awareness of appropriate cooking methods will deprive you of your essential fatty acids, and amino acids.
